Classic Lube & Oil

Rip off business. Took my 98 Honda CRV to them for a simple oil change. Sign said $19.95 and a 10% dicount for military. Inside was told that the sign needs to be taken down and it would be $27.99. They had a sign that said, cash only, first red flag. They had no repair order for me to sign, and gave no reciepts, second red flag. When they finished the car she said he put 5 quarts of oil in so she had to charge me for an extra quart at eight dollars! I didn't think about it until I got into the car and looked at the owners manual, car only holds 4 quarts with the filter. When I told her that she said she had to call the boss, she then handed me the phone and to make a long story short he said ***k you, sue me for 8 dollars and don't yell at his wife. I asked him if he ripped off everyone or was it just me, he said sue me so I tossed the phone on the counter and left. Got me once, never again! Don't take your car to this ripoff business.

Unsatisfactory. . Took vehicle in for oil change and was told I has a transmission leak. Turned out that the people there drained my transmission due to it being a sealed transmission. They must of thought it was the oil drain. I took my vehicle to jiffy lube and was told that bolt was striped due to them.to top it of I was still charge for the oil change and was and was sent off with my vehicle driving horrible bad. I was told by jiffy that I was 5 1/2 quart low on transmission fuild. There's no way my transmission was leaking I've never had leaks under my vehicle. I'll never take my vehicle there again and I hope y all don't as well
