Eco-Cool HVAC

We initially contacted Eco Cool in 2013 because our AC was not working. Steve came out and said the unit needed to be replaced. It was 23yrs old. He came out a day later replaced the unit. All was well. Last night hot air was coming out of our vents. We called left a message, I would say maybe 5 minutes later received a return phone call from Steve. He offered to come out the SAME DAY! It was Sunday 7/5!! We declined as people should have time with their families. Steve set an appointment for us the next day! Monday 7/6 at 8:30am! A technician Craig came out accessed the situation, advised us of the problem, ordered the parts, was back at our house at 3:30pm with new parts in hand, replaced everything. My home is currently cooling down nicely! In less than 24hrs Eco Cool got the job done. Did I mention it was all under warranty?!!! Well it was! Craig didn't give us a hassle, no haggling, no you need to pay for this part. NOTHING! If you have HVAC needs this is the company to call. Thorough, Prompt, Courteous and last but not least Professional! Thank you Eco Cool!

We were very impressed with the customer service that we received from Steve at Eco-Cool. He came out multiple times to work with our thermostat/heating unit and did not quit until the job was done right. It was a challenging job and we appreciated his timeliness, helpfulness, perseverance, and overall good attitude throughout the whole experience.
