This office does not put patients concerns above anything else. Phone calls are not returned, forms and lab results are not processed in a timely manner. Even the staff acts as if it is you should be greatful they will even be able to see you.

Although I have no complaints about the physician assistant that I saw on my visit, the OFFICE policies were UNBELIEVABLE. When my insurance changed at the beginning of the new year's cycle, I could not be seen because I had not yet received my actual card. Please keep in mind that they would NOT call and verify my insurance information that I had to give them, and they would not speak to my insurance representative on the phone. They also did not accept as insurance verification a note from the INSURANCE COMPANY faxed over to the office on letterhead with my ID number and GROUP number and EFFECTIVE date on it. I had to have the actual card in hand. HOW UTTERLY ABSURD!!!

And did I mention that I had already been seen one time prior to my insurance changing with previous insurance card in hand that showed my COPAY on the card, the check out person refused my check for that copay and said they would bill the insurance first. After all of this, they dare to send me a bill now for that COPAY! hahaha! guess what!
