I am a single mother with 2 small boys. One disabled . Not pleased at all. my home is broken and I have been set back . I am speechless . I need help on what to do its their fault. Especially since I stopped them and offered to fix it before moving it any further. Their response was they didn't have time to wait they had to be in heber to move another mobile home. They should have not hooked on if they wasn't going to finish the job. My home is broken, wet, sitting on the ground and not where I want it. I spent everything I had getting it ready. No one wants to call me back. I'm a patient person and good things come to those who wait. The last thing I wanted to hear was for them to tell me merry Xmas when they left.

They did everything thing I wanted them to do to my new mobile home, the service I got was great, and they didn't charge me a lot compared to other movers

Moved my home and set up, I payed the premium price they charged without complaint and was told they would be back the next Friday to finish mchoring the trailer down, it's been 3 months and next Friday has never came. I've left multiple voicemails and even asked him about it on Facebook and he said he has had bad phone service and hasn't received my messages. For a month, really?

Cont...put it and had to leave for my appointment. The men from Curtsinger's put the trailer 50 feet over the property line. Curtsinger refused to move it to the right spot without another $1000. When the home was pulled out from the original location, none of the underpinning or the pipes were removed first. They just pulled it forward and let it all be ripped off. He said he wasnt in the business of saving pipes or underpinning. They ruined the roof and parts of the deck and dented the corner and right side of the home and the back door would not open. They left a huge mess of underpinning, pipes and the deck in the yard of the people that sold us the home. We had to go clean up their mess.He had a mobile home moving company before and had to change the name of it because of their bad reputation and BBB rating of F. I had a home moved by this company owned by Duston Curtsinger. After getting the address where the home was and where it was going to, they quoted $1400 to move it from Beebe to Garner. When asked how much to move the deck, Curtsinger wanted $800. We did not have the money to move the deck and was pressured about how cheap $800 was and how we wouldn't be able to do it ourselves for a week. We never actually told them that we wanted them to move the trailer. One morning, his workers called and said they were hooked onto the home and starting out with it and they wanted someone to meet them so they could follow to where it was going. I had a doctor appointment 2 hours later so I went ahead and met them and showed them where it was going to since they were already hooked up to it. I told them where to

The truck carrying a load decided to turn right from the left lane with no signal. I was in the right hand turn lane and merging when the truck closed in on me and ran me off the road into a ditch where I was left teetering. The wide load following truck was behind me (Shouldn't his job be to block the right lane if the truck is planning to turn right?) so he had to have seen what happened (unless he was not paying attention). My co-worker that happened to be at the gas station pulling out decided to follow and take pictures when he saw that the truck wasn't stopping. As he followed them the small truck was veering to the side of the road and not seeming to be paying attention (Maybe he was texting or distracted by his radio). I had to call 911 because I was afraid to move and cause my car to topple down the into the very steep ditch. It most likely would have rolled. It took three firefighters and a police officer to sit on the back of my car to pull the wheels down so I could back up.



The phone number and company name was on the side of the truck and a google search shows it is a one man owner operator so there is no one to notify of event.

D&S mobile home service is the most professional moving company I've dealt with. We have had several homes moved over the years. Dustin and his crew were amazing!!! Everything went according to plan and the job finished on time with out incident. They took VERY good care of our home. If anyone needs a mobile home moved, I HIGHLY recommend they use this company. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!
