Mediterranean Party Center

My sister had a wedding here on 12/13/14. Her and her

husband invested a lot of time and money for this day. Imagine sitting down with workers and creating a mutual binding contract and not having what was written on the contract done. First of all I arrived at 8am to find bare tables. Although it was communicated that there would be table cloths on the table. Keep in mind the wedding starts at 11am. So I had to (along with my family) add additional tasks to our decorating load. We had to request additional tables and place table cloths on them. On top of that, they had various colors of table cloths out for me and my family to put onto the tables.



The icing on the cake was when it was time for the wedding party to leave and the guests were waiting in the reception hall. The contract clearly stated that they were supposed to have preselected food items. I looked up and they had a tray of Danishes out!!! When I confronted the lady at the bar, she stated it was not I the contract. We showed her the contract. I asked is there anything she could do about that and she replied no. She had a bad attitude. All this money was invested for this and this lady seemed to have no regard. By the time we got back she said she did end up putting something out. Was it what my sister and brother and law paid for and preselected?? NO!!! Was there any apologies made for their careless mistake?? NO!!

On top of that, she had a nasty attitude when we were breaking down our decorations. She spoke to the groom in a very condicending manner. Her people and communication skills were shot that day. My sister shouldnt have to pay nevertheless. We were supposed to have the hall until 5pm and workers were breaking down things getting ready for the next wedding at 4. All the while the Dj was still playing.

There was no toilet paper in The bathroom upstairs and it ran out downstairs (women's bathroom). The workers seemed confused at times. Also, they stated we could put decorations up, why were there red decor out that we had to take down and put back up? That resulted in even more work to add to the list.

These are the friendliest people in the world. The staff is par excellent. The management team of Paul and Rosemary go the 110% mile to make sure every little detail is done to your expectations. From start to finish the Mediterranean Party Center team are right there with you. Their consultations are done effortless and they truly know how to put your mind at ease. I highly recommend this establishment.
