Simply Clean

Our family members used this business July 2016. We had no luck in negotiating an agreement regarding the incomplete job. Countertops were not cleaned At All. Toilet bowls were only partially scrubbed inside. All tile floors were at most spot swept and not mopped. Laundry room still had original footprints; all items were in exact original positions. The same foot prints still appeared on this floor as well.
The owner claimed the countertops were thoroughly cleaned when asked the first time even though we could still see crumbs over all the countertops as well as spills. No cleaning had been done around the bases of kitchen or bathroom faucets or sprayer.
The owner offered no apologizes and said "maybe a dirty rag was used" ?? No the counter tops had clearly not been touched. One would think a company would want to work with a client.
