I too, have to agree! I purchased a .25 carat men's ring from them a little over a year ago. I not only was treated rude by them, but saw them being rude to other patrons in the establishment... I understand the owner's can run it how they want, but they're just running people off! I wouldn't recommend them at all...

I always have gotten good service and fair treatment from them.

my husband and i came into this place today and he was looking for a controller (witch were way over priced) while i was looking at the movies i heard her kept repeating herself do you want it or not yes or no its a simple question. my husband has a bit of a short fuse so i stopped and listened... he was asking her if she had anything different and he was explaining why he was asking , she cut him off everytime he went to speak and said idc buy it or not . he asked why she was being so rude that we have came in and bought many things before that we were trying to spend money at her business and she called us a knowit alls and idiots ... i will never be back in this store!!!! the old woman who is so rude is the owner from witch i understand... how can you treat people like that and expect to be successful...i was shocked. pleases take your business else ware

Extremely rude employees, I asked to see a laptop they had for sale and the woman told me if I wanted to try a laptop out go buy a new one to either purchase the one they had for sale without trying it or leave their store.

I went in to buy some older video games and I had to look them up on a computer. I found about 7 I wanted, so they went to the back to find them. They took about 20 minutes and only came back with one I wanted, saying that their stock was out of date and they didn't have the others I wanted. But, they brought about 5 games I didn't ask for and try to sell them to me. I looked at the one I asked for and the label was almost completely tore in half, so I told them I didn't want it because of the severe damage. So, they got really hateful and said, "We don't go back there unless you plan on buying the games, we didn't waste 20 minutes just for you to browse. Then he said some more very rude things. So, in conclusion the store was a mess, their inventory is completely wrong, and everyone is extremely rude. It's not my fault I'm not an idiot and paid too much money for something that was badly damaged.

They sold me a faulty ipod touch 2g a few months ago the headphone jack would only play vocals or left channel they charged 120$ for it and they would not take it back because of there policy to con people out of there money stay away from this pawn shop.
