Founded in 1976, Helping Hands is a social services organization that serves individuals, families and children. It is a private nonprofit agency that provides specialized programs for the people with disabilities and other developmental difficulties. The organization provides community-based behavioral medical care services related to mental health, juvenile justice, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and foster and elder care.
