As far as the caps, They come free with the bottle fill. All you have to do is ask for the right cap.
Anyway, we would love to have back and we will take good care of you!

Well, we have been getting water from this place for years. The people used to be very friendly that waited on us. But last Saturday we got there at 4:45, store closed at 5pm. The guy inside said "sorry We're closed" really dude. Then today, same guy puts the wrongs caps on our bottle so we can now spill 1/2 gallon putting it on our cooler. Not very please and looking for alternative water supplier. You had it going on, but lost it along the way.

I've only had good experiences with a sweet little middle-eastern lady that works there. She is always nice and polite and even wipes the outside of the water jug if it's wet. So, yeah, old management must be gone. This place is very nice. A very high-tech water purifying system, and even an outside water-filling location you can use after-hours.

Frits of all, the five star review is obvisouly not a real customer. That was from the manager/owner. Due to the way both of my parents hVe been treated in there, there is no way it is real. Before the lady took over the store, the nice gentleman would help my mom with the heavy water containers and was always friendly. Now, my poor mom has to bring out the heavy water containers by herself. That is tolerable, however, when she leaves the cart outside, the lady or her boyfriend--orwhoever thY big guy is--will come out and snap at her and be extremely rude. This happened three times before my dad went in there to fill the containers up. As the lady was filling his containers, the big guy came in and promptly told my father to step back (he wasn't even cramping her, standing several feet away). My dad then jokes and says "ebb, I'm not afraid of getting a little water on me" or something to that affect. This big dude then insists that he steps back so she can do her job. So whatever. He steps back even further. As he is leaving, the lady says thank you and my dad then says "actually, you're not welcome. You guys have been rude to me but more importantly rude to my wife, I am never coming here again". THEN this huge dude starts telling my dad to go F off and was flipping him off and threatening him. I mean seriously water to go people, you sit in the back and watch tv the while time and act like you're being inconvenienced by paying customers. Get your stuff together and stop being possibly the worst business owners know to man.

I was a customer in line that day you were being very difficult. I believe the employee did the right thing, day to day business has to be taken care of. I couldn't believe you were yelling at the employee and threatened him with the police. So to clear the air and this slanderous statement, I have never had anything but good experiences here, the staff if very friendly.

I came in to return a water container, which had leaks in it. It soaked my car seat. When I came In to ask for a return. The employee made me wait while he waited on 3 different transactions that were behind me. I was ignored. Then he called the manager to see if he could return it for me and give me a new one. The manager said no. I asked the employee to have the manager come over to get my money back or a new one. It was there product that was flawed, not my fault. The manager came over and said I could have a new one. I asked if they can fill it up, dry it off, and check for leaks before I take it home. The manager filled the container. but would not put the top on or wipe it off. The manager said that I have to do it myself and I said Isn't that your job. The manager yelled and got in my face and said he was not going to do it and it was my problem. The manager started to raise his hand at me. So I feared he was going to hit me. So I just took the water container and left. I highly DO NOT recommend going there. They are very hostile and it is not safe.
