In my opinion, there isn't a better company in this industry. I was referred to Carpet Surgeon by my parents. They've used Carpet Surgeon for everything from spot repair to carpet stretching to carpet install to cleaning. We decided to try them out and have them clean our place.



First, I've got to say, we were surprised just how easy the whole process was. My wife called to book an estimate appointment. They were right on time and it only took a few minutes. We booked the cleaning the same day as we received the estimate and the cleaning was done just three days later. The whole process from booking to billing was fast & easy.



Second, we found their work to be impeccable. The technician who did our cleaning was Stacy. Stacy did a great job and was very thorough. I appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism that was exemplified. It took about 1.5 hours to clean two sets of stairs, a living/great room, and hallway. Service was fast, friendly, and again... punctual.



I definitely recommend that you book Carpet Surgeon for your home or business. I plan to use them again for my own home as well as my family business. Can't say enough good things about these guys!
