Devore Ent

First of all be prepared to wait AT LEAST an hour if not much longer.. also we had waited over an hour on 2 occasions and then someone came out and said that "dr devore had an emergency and had to leave so they would be rescheduling our appointments" completely unacceptable.. i get if this happens once but 2 times within a year?!

Second, dr devore is very non relatable and has zero personality.. he is not good with pediatric patients (he never talks to my kids, only looks at me and talks and my kids are terrified of him)

Third, not sure why he is always so behind because he never spends more than 15 minutes with us... I have had some concerns that are immediately dismissed

To summarize, I WOULD LOOK ELSEWHERE!! There are much better ENTs out there!

Two surgeries and I'm still in pain. Had a full MRI and CT scan before going to see him. Unbelievable!

Staff: Rude

Wait time to see the doctor: Don't know. After an hour and 50 minutes I took my son and left.

Their Response: You know you might be billed for cancelling the appointment without proper notice

My Response: You know I might bill you for the half day off work I took so I could sit in an 8'x8' exam room for 2 hours and read a children's book 75 times to my 5 year old son with an ear ache while waiting on a doctor who has the personality of shredded wheat and is more interested in giggling while chasing his office staff girl around the billing desk instead of seeing patients that arrived early for an appointment that your office changed in less than 24 hours notice and caused us to reschedule 3 other people's and work schedules to arrange for childcare.

My Review: Find a doctor who doesn't think his patients are a bother.
