Republic State Mortgage

I realize that closing on a house isn't cheap and takes time, but every loan office I contacted was cheaper and quicker to give info. I unfortunately had to use them for the type of loan that I needed. It was a foreclosure that needed repairs, so the repair cost was added to the loan. I asked everytime I dropped off paperwork if that was all I needed to bring and they would always need something completely new. They aren't quick to find the answers and get back to you. If you have to use them then you MUST stay on top of them; it's almost as if you're managing them yourself. I feel cheated that I paid them more money at closing for them to do less work to help me. The rules of capitalism don't apply as they do not see money as a reward. Although the staff is nice and courteous, I would not recommend them to anyone.
