Unbelievably rude office personnel!



If you only had to deal with the service and not the staff then they would be fine but their office staff are beyond horrible. Very rude and unprofessional and after my experience I've spoken to quite a few other people who have had the same situation with them. The lady I spoke to even lied to her supervisor about our phone conversation. Would not use them again if they were the last remaining garbage service on the planet.

Service is ok, but you will have trouble with the office the most. They over-promise and under-deliver. They will tell you what you want to hear. I had a complaint and wanted to speak to the owner, Mr. Skipper, and the rude girl in the office wouldn't transfer the call. She said she would take a message and have him call me-- which never happened. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone at all or returning your messages in a timely manner!!
