        Amount charged for service I received is absolutely comical.



        Telephone number for the Beaumont Location of the Hospital Facility is not listed correctly on www.yellowpages, com

        No questions asked upon arrival @ facility regarding insurance. After leaving I thought about that and assumed they must have had the information in the computer. Insurance was not filed correctly
