CVS Pharmacy

CVS has very poor customer service. When you drive up to the window, they can see you, but everyone goes about their business as if you aren't there. I can understand if they are busy, but many times I am the only one there and I have to sit until someone forces themselves to come over and wait on me. It is ridiculous. Also, I have called and asked if a prescription is ready and they say it is, but when I get there it is not ready, or for some reason they cannot fill it. I would much prefer to use Walgreens, but my insurance is with CVS/Caremark and I am stuck. Very disappointing.
