I went to get my light done first day was their 7 hours for them to figure my lights an put em in was real angry well soon as left didn't know but one of my lights dint work came back again an blame was on factory lights but went somewhere else had to pay again to get em re done an it was all cause they messed up my wiring in experienced people working an hid lights dont take 7 hours

The navigaton system, FM and Am radio with sirius radio came from an upgrade on purchase of vehicle from Ford, service was difficult would not acknowledge who put in system though they are contracted with Kinsel Ford for upgrades in vehicles. Took back and forth since purchase of radio between performance auto and audio trendz and neither would acknowledge which one of the two upgraded the vehicle. After one year of bounce the ball they stated the warranty was out. So instead of replacing or buying another system over $1200.00 I offered to pay to send to manufacturer and pay for repair myself. System was out for two months with no return calls.They stated they lost my paperwork and we gave them more numbers and more paperwork without return calls. Had to personally drive there to get an answer. Still no return calls, no navigation system with sirius radio in an over 60 thousand vehicle that has a gapping hole in the console. Would not use them in the future very difficult to use if need repair and not purchasing another unit from them. They did acknowledge they had put in pioneer navigation systems and the sets had many returns but would not help us resolve the matter. I certainly would not use them in the future.

I just want to tell everyone within a 500 mile range to the Audio Trendz in beaumont on dowlen that they have the best of everything!! It's the most full service place I've ever been to!! I went in not knowing alot about what I was looking for and their guys walked me through everything, all my questions they had answers to!!! If you need anything that has to do with car stuff those guys are great!!!! I went to the "other" shops and the prices were through the roof and everyone acted like helping a women get stuff done was against a law or something?? THANKS paul,james,danny! you guys rock!!!!!
