First of all, let me say that Lorena's has by far the BEST prices, awesome customer service and my entire shopping experience was great and easy. She knows all her stuff and her prices are so much cheaper vs. other mattress and furniture stores. I purchased a queen memory foam mattress set for $399 and the same model I purchased was $899 at a shop in Hemet. I will definitely be back!

I came here after reading the other yp reviews, and a recommendation from a friend, and I was very happy I did. Lorena was great, showed me the options in my price range, and they did same day delivery and took away my old mattress! The delivery guys were very nice as well. Definitely recommend, period.

No pressure, great selection, nice and knowledgeable sales people. I actually shopped at 4 other mattress stores and ALL the sales people were so pushy they even tried to get me to put a down payment to "hold" the price since it was only on "sale" that day (sure). At Ortega's there is NO pushy sales people, they gave me my space and answered all my questions. Some of the beds I had seen at the other stores were $300-$700 cheaper here, I was so amazed at how much the other retailers rip you off. Once my purchase was made a delivery window of ONE HOUR was set up and they delivered ON TIME & I am loving my new Simmons pillow top!

We received our new mattress yesterday and we LOVE it! I would recommend this mattress store to everyone. We are extremely happy with it, thanks for everything.

This mattress store has amazing prices! I went to every mattress store around town, and they had the lowest prices. I am so happy with my simmons mattress!!
