The lack of customer service astounds. I have stopped for fuel at store 5006 and the last four trips have found it necessary to go inside for a fuel receipt because they have not place paper in the printer. I will not return to your sites for this reason. Customer service is not a premium item. There are still other places that have enough sense to take care of the customer. Very disappointed at Shell for the poor service.
