Benjamin P Roosa Jr (1931-2019), a lifetime resident of Dutchess County, graduated from Columbia University in 1953 and Albany Law School of Union University in 1957. Ben has a varied general practice, practicing primarily in the fields of will, trusts and estates, elder law and estate planning. Ben also handles residential real estate, landlord/tenant, tax, corporate and business practice. He can assist with your planning needs, from protecting your assets to helping you plan for your future. In addition, he can assist you and your family in the event of a loss of a loved one. Ben is former Town attorney for the Town of East Fishkill NY (1958-1965), County Representative for the Town of East Fishkill (1972) and NYS Assemblyman for the 100th District (1973-1976). Ben is an active member of the community, volunteering and rendering services to many charitable, religious and civic organizations. He is admitted to practice in all Courts of the State of New York. He is a member of the New York State and Dutchess County Bar Associations.
