PS Executive Centers, Inc.

PS Executives business practices do not seem to be favor of retaining customers and customer satisfaction. I dealt with a branch manager so can't say if the President and VP have fostered this type of culture. I was a new and first time customer and only need the virtual address service. I kept my end of the contract for the year. In accord with their policy I mailed them a letter specifying I would no longer be renewing my contract. They took it upon themselves to charge me a fee passed my contract date because they say I didn't specify I did not need their transition service. So, in effect they extended the contract. I asked them in the name of Good Business not to charge my credit card and I did not need any transition service. They well knew I didn't need it as I never used any of their additional services. I was ignored and they went ahead and charged my card anyway. On top of all of this it has been almost3 months and I have not received my retainer deposit. This is totally unacceptable for a business to treat it's customers this way. I only used minimal virtual address services. I was even investigating of doing more with PS Executives but that is out of the question. I want to warn anyone out there considering doing business with these people.
