Myron Roberts Realty Management

I live in Glenbrook Townhouses and recently had $200 missing from my apartment after maintenance was here! I went into work late in order to go talk to Tammy in the leasing office to report the money missing. When I got there she and the electrician were there, I informed her that i had $200 in a cabinet in my kitchen and maintenance came and now it's gone. She said "i've never had anyone report anything missing before, I'll have corporate call you" and I left. Corporate called.. Immediately informed me that they have no reason to believe their employees would steal from me and proceeded to ask if my 3 year old had other friends that could have taken it!!! My 3 year old! Charles at Myron Roberts then informed me that he has known Tammy for years and other employees and that Tammy and the electrician gave a completely different statement about what I said when I went into the leasing office! Automatically I knew that my money would never be retrieved. Charles just called to let me know that as far as Myron Roberts is concerned, the matter is closed and reminded me again that I "gave two different statements" and that Tammy would have never told him something that wasn't true. Safe to say I will not be living in another Myron Roberts building EVER again! I feel so violated that anyone would even go through my things let alone REMOVE something from my apartment!

I LIVED IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THE ELECTICAL WIRIRNG IS NOT UP TO CODE YOU HAVE BLACKOUTS ALL THE TIME.THEY NEVER REPAIR ANYTHING ,THERE IS NO SECUIRTY ,MY APARTMENT WASALMOST BROKEN INTO TWICE,AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT .THE PROPERTY LEASEING PERSON IS TAMMY BURNS AND MOST OF THE TIME SHE IS NOT THERE AND WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT SOMETHING NOTHING IS EVER DONE ABOUT IT.THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY GETS MAD AT YOU WHEN YOU DECIDE NOT TO RENEW YOUR LEASE,AND WHEN YOU DO MOVE OUT YOU NEVER GET YOUR FULL DEPOSIT BACK NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO,I HIRED CLEANERS TO CLEAN MY APARTMENT WHEN IMOVED OUT AND I INSPECTED IT MYSELF AND HAD OTHER PEOPLE LOOK AT IT ALSO SO I KNOW IT WAS SPOTLESS,I THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD GIVE ME BACK MY WHOLE DEPOSIT INSTEAD THEY WROTE ME A BILL SAYING I RIPPED WINDOW SCREENS JUST SO THEY COULD KEEP $140.00 OF MY MONEY. EVERYONE THAT HAVE EVER LIVED IN GLENNBROOK TOWNHOUSE HAVE NEVER GOTTEN A FULL REFOUND ON THEIR DEPOSIT ,AND IF YOU DON,T BELEIVE ME CHECK THE RECORDS, THEY WILL FIND SOME WAY TO KEEP SOME IF NOT ALL OF YOUR MONEY EVEN IF THEY HAVE TO MAKEUP LIES OR DESTROY THEIR OWN POPERTY TO DO IT,AS THEY DID TO ME,I KNOW WHAT THEY DID TO ME IS ILLEGAL AND I PLAN TO FILE A LAWSUIT AGAINST THESE PEOPLE ,BECAUSE I MADE SURE I TOOK PICTURES OF EVERYTHING INCLUDING DOORS WINDOWS AND EVERYTHING ICOULD THINK OF ,BECAUSE THE OTHER TEANTS THAT HAD MOVED OUT SAID THAT THEY WOULD DO THIS SO I WANTED TO COVER ALL MY BASES.THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY WILL DO ANYTHING NOT TO GIVE BACK AFULL RETURN OF YOUR DEPOSIT SO BEWARE NOT TO RENT FROM MYRON ROBERTS MANAGEMENT OR YOU WILL BE SORRY YOU DID . I SUGGEST YOU BE FAIR AND STOP SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF THEIR MONEY AND START IMPROVING YOUR CUSTOMER SKILLS AND YOUR APARTMENTS.I HAVE ONE QUESTION TO ASK WHY WOULD I RIP HOLES IN SCREENS IF I WANT ALL OF MY MONEY BACK.
