        Overall

        I will never purchase a Microsoft product again. This store is filled with "technicians" who have 0 people skills and < 0 technical skill. I was given the run around by at least three staff members and my lap stop is still not working right, all because I tried to download windows 10. I am at this moment sending a letter to the Attorney General's office about their shady practices. If I could give no stars I would. This experience was beyond disappointing, it was outrageous.
