A++++++!!!!!I have tried so many programs, Bally's and gyms and found I was exactly where I started at point A a few months later. The owner rocks and the professionals are SO approachable, motivating, fun, not intimidating and always greet me like I'm a VIP and a friend! I'm treated like gold and it costs nothing for the results - DO IT 4 yourself!!! It makes my day to walk in there. They never made me feel stupid for asking a question or stared at my problem areas or my lagging pace on the treadmill (Ha ha now they're GONE and I can work out without panting) and this is a true fit for LIFE ordeal. I am totally different today, I feel hot, look great, run around and am motivated, have new friends from there! All the applause in the world to these people. J, J S rock!!!!! A+++++++++++++++++++++
