Made an appointment a month or so ago for my husband for 10:30 since we took the day off from work for multiple appointments. While at our first appointment I called to confirm if the appointment was at 10:00 or 10:30 because I didn't want us to be late and the receptionist informs me that I had cancelled the appointment, which I had done no such thing. She then goes on to tell me that there's nothing she can do and I tell her she needs to figure something out because we specifically scheduled all our appointments for today because we can't just ask off of work whenever we want. She then states we can come in a 10:45. We arrive at 10:20 and still had not been seen by 11:00,so I go up to the desk to ask how much longer because we had a 12:00 appointment somewhere else, she tells me about 20 more minutes. Well, by 11:45 still had not been seen so I go back up to desk and I tell her my family will no longer be coming back. Very unhappy. Why make appointments for patients if you don't see them on time...yet if you are late they make you reschedule....makes no sense at all.
