Roto-Rooter

Even though they were a little late, I loved the service they provided. From covering their shoes to being the most polite and respectful a person could be. I got a really good price and they were done in a reasonable time. When they were washing up after they had completed the job they noticed my faucet needed some tlc and didn't hesitate to do it without making a fuss. Smiling faces that enjoy their craft. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Id say the service was horrible!! I called yesterday to come unclog the main sewer line and they told me they would be here between 10 am and 219 pm and never showed up all i got was a couple of phone calls saying they were working on a prior customer. The last time I talked to them about 7 pm they said I would be the first service call in the morning between 8am and 9 am and haven't showed up or called yet. It's too bad there are no other roto rooter in my area or I sure would call them first.
