I really enjoy this daycare. I have been sending my children here since 2 years old soon to be 3 and it has been a pleasant experience. My child enjoys it very much.

I have been sending my child here since he was a toddler (coming on 3 years now), I have only had good experiences with the staff. They are courteous and very smart, in reference to the review about the teachers only giving the students 1/4 of a banana, this is because it's actually quite dangerous to give young toddlers a whole banana since they can choke on it and don't know better. It's much safer to space portions out. The pre-k teachers are very passionate and I definitely recommend this place.

I have two children in this daycare and I am currently pregnant with my third. I was very surprised by the other comments reason why I am even taking the time to even write a review. My first child enrolled in 2015 in their 2 year old room, and is finishing Pre-K this year. My second child started this year in their infant room. Teachers are so nice and caring. They helped me a lot with potty training my oldest, and offered to even close the door for him to make him as comfortable as possible. Every day my children get greeted with smiles and hugs. The school is very clean, all the toys and shelves look clean. My kids barely get sick! (Huge plus) I am looking forward to enrolling my third when she arrives in July. I am very pleased with all the staff, the director Jennifer has been there since I enrolled and she is always helpful and more than willing to offer her support where needed. She makes sure the kids are learning and are ready for Kindergarten. My son passed the Gifted and Talented test and I owe it all to the teachers who worked so hard to prepare him. I love this school and recommend it to any working parent that is looking for a warm, caring, safe environment for their child.

My daughter was in this place and left shortly after. This daycare is so poorly run that I cringe for those parents whose children have to endure the neglect, yelling and lack of educational or intellectual stimlation. More importantly the disregard towards simple sanitary practices. Most children are Chinese and their parents might have language barrier, I suspect this is the reason why they don't know any better. The director Ms. SantaMaria seems out of place and quite unhelpful. The assistant teachers cannot understand English fully and the head teachers look completely dispassionate. The whole experience made me feel like the place was becoming a puppy mill than a legitimate daycare. I cannot fatham how this place can stay in business for this long, and to think, it is in the heart of Bayside. To be fair, I spoke to the owner, and her intentions are genuine and positive, but it's ashame those who work for her do not carry out her visions well, to say the least.

I visited this daycare 3 times since I got pregnant, and there has been a whole new group of staff each time (this should a warning in itself). On top of that, each group of new staff seems less and less qualified to be the caretaker of any child. The facility is deceitfully pleasant, but as soon as my conversation ensues with either of the directors, you are quickly questioning their intelligence and most noticable is their lack of warmth and regards with the children's well-beings. I would definitely seek out better facilities in the neighborhood.

Director yells at the children. It is extremely dirty, there is old food on the walls. All cleaning is done while children are around. They are strict with the amount of food given (i.e.: 1/4th of a banana per kid). There is no heating and I saw teachers are wearing their winter jackets inside because they were so cold. AVOID.
