Cleo Nails

Wow....I've been coming to Cleo 1996. Love them, the services, and the staff. I don't think it's over priced. Shop around. I've paid less and received less elsewhere. If you don't like something ask..., But it's not what you say, it's how you say it. If you want consistent quality services, I'd go to Cleo.

There should be an option for a less than one star. This place is truly atrocious. Sure it's nice and lovely on the inside, however they lie to you and treat you like crap when you complain about the work.

Awhile ago I had used them and wanted gel nails. Not only didn't they mention they didn't offer gel nails, the entire place smelled like acrylic and they charged me for gel nails. They continued to refuse to do the nail design that I had picked out. (Which was a very nice, simple, black little design on each nail with a little glitter stud type thing).

I immediately complained when I realized all this was happening. I had to pay what was done. They didn't even offer to fix it. For weeks I tried contacting them to no prevail. I finally contacted BBB (Better Business Bureau) and again they had no luck.

All I can do is stress to everyone not to use their "services". This place is a scam.

$120 for a french pedicure and "gel" nails.

I also tried contacting the police and again to no prevail.

If your looking for a great nail salon with truly warm and talented people who don't scam you, go maybe 30 seconds up the road on the left hand side next to Houdek's spirits is Lin's Four Seasons. They will take excellent care of you and offer great competitive packages and discounts. They are the only nail salon I trust.
