I ordered a dress from sam in February for a My 9th wedding, two weekes before after calling Sam continuosly week after week about when the dress was coming in he told me Jovani was having a problem with the dress. I told him I would give him to May 2nd the latest as it needed to be altered on April 30th he told me he still was not sure of the delivery date and apologized stating it was Jovani's fault he would issue a refund, Today is June 11th and Sam has given me every story there is and run around and I still do not have my $795.00 refund.
