        went in for a battery replacement on my Iphone and Geek squad guy tried to tell me my phones mother board was dead and I needed a new phone. He went on and on that there was NO WAY this could be fixed. He said its a hardware issue , not fixable. Mind you my screen was still working ! But my phones battery would not charge.

        Geek squad guy even had a phone rep visit me in the repair section. Phone guy invited me to check out the new iphones ...

        Sensing something shady , I took my phone to a local cell phone repair shop and it was fixed for $49.99 . It needed a battery port

        Shady unsavory behavior by BESTBUY !!!
