        clean and friendly

        This store is always well stocked. The people who work here are friendly,and treat us like family. Some live in my neighborhood. They always take the time to answer questions and do everything possible to help.

        Never has anything in stock

        This is the only Safeway I have been in the Bay Area and I mean from San Francisco to Antioch that never has what I go to shop for. When I ask the manager or any emplyee on the floor why is it that everytime I come in for these certain products they are never in stock. The response is We didn't get a delivery today. I can honestly tell you I've heard this excuse 5 times in the month of Sept.. Today I went in for a certain type of safeway bread while the clerk was stocking the bread shelves and there was no bread of this brand which I found strange since she was stocking shelves. Once again her response was she didn't get a delivery today. So from this day on I will no longer shop at any safeway store and will become a faithful shopper at WINCO. The service has gone totally down.

        I use to love eating the chinese food at safeway but now that they have it like a buffet, eww gross,you know how many dirty nasty people are out there,what are they thinking,change it back & Ill be back
