The business office has responded to my grievance in a manner, that makes me forgive whatever communication errors precipitated with Payne & Payne Dental. Let's see how that goes for now.

I give 4 stars to the actual dental services and the facility, except where I ran into a disputable contract matter that I think should have been handled in a professional manner to help the business image match its wonderful services. I think in my perception, the contract dispute inadvertently distorted how I view the professionalism exhibited by the business office.
