Walmart Supercenter

until yesterday I have had a great experience shopping at Walmart in battleground. yesterday I was doing a simple exchange for a smaller size in my daughter's clothing. I have the receipt yet there seem to be some discrepancy between the pricing. Leanna the customer service employee made accusations that I was trying to change pricing stickers on the clothing. even going as far to whisper to her manager while I'm standing at the counter. it was very demeaning and I was appalled at the customer service. I understand that some people may do these things but to treat your customers like that is terrible. I suppose I will find a new place to shop here in battle ground because of the terrible customer service experience.

Why Walmart is not my go to store:



1. Winco has better prices on groceries

2. I can usually get a better deal and selection on amazon for most products.

3. I can find better quality products on line that are made in America. They may cost more, but they are better quality.

4. As far as hardware and home maintenance stuff they can not answer most questions that require a knowledge of the particular field.

Grover electrical and plumbing would be my top choice for this.

5. I do not like their everything made in China history. Their campaign add to advertise that they are increasing their American made inventory by 1% or whatever left a bad taste in my mouth.

6. For a town as small as Battle Ground, WA, the local businesses will take a big hit.

7. If you think having a Walmart in town will increase the economics of Battle Ground because a few locals get minimum wage jobs you're in for a surprise.
