Usually difficult to get through via phone to the paint department. Apparently they are always understaffed.

Menards in Battle Creek Mi is 5 STAR!!!! Flooring dept, (Rob & Tim) are awesome! They helped us with our complete project figuring out the materials needed, When they were short in supplies in their store they found the other stores closest to us. They called them, and put a hold on the pieces. It was totally worth the drive. It's nice to see this quality of service that these two men had. My husband and I was very impressed.
