Roman's Cafe

I have never been treated more poorly in a restaurant in my life than I have in Roman's. We found not only one hair, but two in our salad. When brought to the attention of the waiter, he brought another individual over to the table. This person was unbelievably rude and insinuated that the hair belonged to us!!!!!!! The hair was black, whereas my daughter and I have shorter light brown and blonde hair. He was so rude that I asked for the manager. After 10min. he returns and says the manager is out and that he is the manager while he is away. Five min. later, another guy comes to the table and claims to be the manager. This guy tells us he was on the phone.....the excuses go on and on but in the end, it was the single most horrific experience we have ever had in a restaurant. I will never step foot in there again and will spread the word to everyone we know.....
