La Gold And Coins

I don't understand why anyone would leave less than a five-star-rating for Louisiana Gold & Coins. I became a loyal customer in August 2015. I came into possession of a bunch of silver coins and silver bullion, which I wanted to convert to cash. Knowing nothing about coins or precious metals, I was a sitting duck for any dealer looking to take advantage of my ignorance. So, I was very nervous when I went into Louisiana Gold & Coins. LaurAnn the manager was friendly, helpful, and very professional. She went out of her way to make sure I got a fair-market value for my silver. I was extremely pleased with service I received.

I went here to get an "expert opinion" about 2 coins I have. I was told that these coins never existed. But then before I left the woman comes to realize that in fact they are very rare. Only 5,000 were ever produced. She proceeds to tell me how much they could be worth. So now she's an expert and just 2 minutes ago she tells me these coins don't exist?. These people were about as nice as a pit bull with raybees. And they wonder why I chose not to do business there. How am i supposed to feel comfortable doing business with people that know almost nothing about the business they are in. Well too bad because I sold my coins for more than I was expecting. Good thing "cheerio dollars" don't exist!!
