Jefferson Place Condominiums

If you are interested in one of the finest establishments for renting or owning a condo here, go somewhere else. I have lived here for nearly 7 months and regret every minute of it. Our carpet was never cleaned, leaving long black dog hair all over the floor. Half of the outlets in our apartment do not function, mainly the bathrooms. The freezer leaks water down into the fridge causing lots of water under the crisper trays and all over our fresh food. All of the wood on our porch is rotted. The A/C is broke as we speak and this is the fourth time this has happened, not to mention the black lent around all of the A/C vents that we are apparently breathing in every day. For $907.00 a month, I would expect room service to be an amenity, but we can't even get to sleep at night due to our A/C not fuctioning in the middle of summer.
