Mr. Vu took personal responsibility to ensure my vehicle was repaired and restored. When I picked my vehicle up, it looked better than it did when it was on the showroom floor! Terrible customer service. My car has been in repair for almost a month and in that time, I have not once gotten a call from them on the progress. I have always had to call. They have never called me back when they promised they would. They eventually told me it would be finished by a certain date. However, when I went to pick it up (even a few days after the time they said it would be ready) my car had another problem that needed to be fixed before I could drive it. They didn't bother to let me know about it before. So, now I have to wait yet more time to get my car back.
