Cobblestone at Essen

i cant even begin to explain how horrible my cobblestone experience was. all you need to know is DO NOT MOVE HERE.



long story short my upstairs neighbor had a leak that soaked my carpet- they had to fix it by punching a HUGE hole under my sink. which they never sealed up. since then i have been INFESTED WITH ROACHES COMING OUT OF MY ELECTRIC SOCKETS, SINKS, GARBAGE DISPOSALS, AIRVENTS, COUCH, ETC.



NO ONE IN THE OFFICE NOR MAINTNACE SEEMED TO THINK IT WAS A BIG DEAL THAT I HAD ROACHES CRAWLING ON ME WHILE I WAS SLEEPING



AND MOLD ON THE WALL THAT WAS JUST PAINTED OVERWHICH I PUT WORK ORDERS IN FOR 3 MONTHS STRAIGHT, FINALLY WHEN I CALLED COORPRATE THEY PAINTED OVER IT.
