Royse Lawn Care

Terrible products. Deplorable customer service. After five treatments from Royse, my lawn looked terrible and was covered with weeds. I called and inquired if something could be done. They said an additional treatment would be necessary, but that it would cost another $73. I agreed because I wanted the weeds gone. After they came and sprayed, a note and invoice were left behind. The note indicated that they didn't think the weeds were treatable, and that nothing would happen. So why charge me $73 for something that would have no result? After another two weeks I called and cancelled their services. The next day, Nathan Royse showed up and sprayed weed killer on my lawn. So now not only did I have weeds, but dead grass spots as well. I didn't request this from them. Why did he do this?

I do not recommend using Royse all. With so many other lawn businesses out there, you'd think they'd use customer service as a means of keeping customers and setting themselves apart from the competition.
