        Customer Service

        No one is very friendly. You always wait even when you call ahead. If they were organized they would be better. I can order the same thing at Southside and get out in 5 compared to 20 minutes.

        In December 2005 Lucinda and Meghann Morse opened Molasses Hill Bulk Foods with the help of our late mother, Sheila Morse. If not for her, they never could have done it. She was their inspiration. In July 2010, their sister Shannon and husband Neal bought the business from them and moved it to Batavia in August 2011. We value our customers and want you be happy and satisfied with your purchase and service. We are a small business that strives to make this experience personable and one that will keep you coming back! If you are looking for something that you can't find anywhere else, there's a big chance we can special order it for you. Just ask us!

        We have a large selection of spices, cooking and baking supplies, snacks, chocolates, candies, oils and extracts for candy making and much, much more! We also have a deli with great tasting meats and cheeses sold by the pound, at amazing prices. In our deli we make a pretty mean sub! It is served on a fresh Italian roll, soft on the inside and chewy on the outside. The large sub holds one pound of meat! You won't be disappointed!
