We have set up delivery now three times for a couch we bought a month ago. They have now cancelled our delivery twice. We sold our couch the first time expecting to get our new couch a couple of days later. We now have no living room couch and it will be another ten days before we get one. A month and a half is a long time to wait for a couch. And the only compensation for our $1100 order is $50 off?! Won't be buying from them again.
