These guys were friendly and fast. I had water in my basement. They came out that night and cleaned and setup equipment. Now my basement is dry without having to throw away the carpet. Great job.

This restoration company was referred to us by the contractors who fixed our home after an accident. I am very disappointed by their customer service and packing skills. When I returned to my home items were thrown into boxes and I cut myself on pieces of glass from broken picture frames. There were dents in other items. In addition, I was missing academic journals which they claimed they never touched. They did not want to work out a resolution to the matter. They wanted to blame the homeowners when they came in and packed up several rooms. I am not pleased at all with their services and could NOT recommend that you use them. Use another company which is more customer service oriented and cares about the homeowner's items especially those with sentimental value. Do not use them.
