I think the company needs to revise or at least think about how an inconvenience it is for working people to Be present in order to obtain service When you work out of town. Everyone does not work in Bastrop or work 9 to 5.Also, the attitude that you get sometimes When you call or even go there is inexcusable not to mention unprofessional. That's Why I invested in a well because there's No cause for that.If you're unhappy for whatever reason there's No reason to take it out on the customers. In reality, if it wasn't for the customers you wouldn't be in business. God Bless.
