Spring Properties Real Estate

Me and my husband rented a property from Spring Properties. We contacted them various times about how the plumbing was not working. They said "ok Ill take care of it". They never fixed it or called me back. After several months, 7 to be exact, me and my husband decided to do what was in the best intrest of our family and find another property to rent. Spring properties had 2 months worth of rent that they kept. They had the nerve to sue me for an additional month's rent along with 500 dollars in addition to it. They refused to fix the property and then kept on about paying them. This was the first time that they had attempted to call me back about anything was when they wanted their money. I would not recommend using this establishment to rent a property. They are greedy and money-hungry. They are whats wrong with America today
