Barling Family Clinic

I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance. this was only after calling a dozen times to get a person (they do not return voice messages) . the day before my appointment (I was driving up from Little Rock and took a day off from work) they called to cancel my appointment saying the Dr. had made her own Dr appointment and failed to notify the office staff. this completely inconvenienced me and others I had made plans with while in Fort Smith-they did not seem to care They are completely unprofessional, inappropriate in their scheduling methods. no matter what service they offer DO NOT SEE THEM

So far been on waiting list for over two weeks.. Called yesterday maybe another two to four weeks till I get to top of list... I hurt so bad.. I will have a few weeks more before I get some kind of relief... Nurses are very polite. I hope, doctors are as nice as them, but I shur hope that they call soon....
