Bluegrass Bridal Tuxedo & Prom

We recently rented chairs for a wedding from Bluegrass bridal. They were on time with delivery and brought more chairs out within a reasonable time frame when we called to tell them we had a few dozen chairs that were delivered broken. The chairs were plastic with a cardboard padded seat, so we were disappointed with the chair quality, and we were aftaid they wouldn't hold much weight. Also, we were very dissapointed with how dirty they were. We had to wipe them all down ourselves, they were dusty and the legs were muddy from being used outside at a previous event. After the wedding was over and we tried to discuss the issues with the owner, out of more than a dozen unaswered phone calls over two weeks, and a few emails with only one response..we were told that the other area rentals have the same chairs for the same price.

I had a wonderful experience at Bluegrass Bridal. The staff was very helpful, but not pushy. They allowed me to look around the store and then assisted when I began to try on and decide what dress to buy. I had found the exact dress at a different store and was elated to see Bluegrass had it priced almost $200 cheaper. They also helped me pick out my bridesmaids gowns and were very helpful suggesting styles for my girls. All 8 of my bridesmaids were also very pleased with the service and especially the prices. I got a great discount for getting all of my dresses there. If you are near Bardstown, I would highly recommend Bluegrass Bridal.
