Tom T Convenience

Tom T. are a clean friendly store. Irving charges customers $100 when using Debit at the pumps outside not Tom T. They just have their gas only. So to say that Tom T. is shady is totally wrong. Anyone should be ashamed to say otherwise.

Tom T stores are really really Sketchy. I went there earlier this evening and got $15 worth of gas and used my card to pay for it. i come back home after an hour i got a text alert from my bank that my account is overdrawn and the 2 of my bills which i paid a day earlier are bounced and i have to pay $105 because i don't have enough money to cover but i know for a fact that i had money so long story short i checked my online statement and there is $100 hold on my account from Tom T's gas station and i am just furious that why would they do that,so, i called the store and the girl who was working put me hold for more then 10 minutes now you have to understand that what my state of mind is,anyways, she finally spoke to me and said she has no idea why they charged me $100 for $15 gas and said that no manager is available and i have to come to there store tomorrow between the hours of 8am to 4pm so i asked her to take my number and the manager or the owner call me, she called me back after 5 minutes and told me that she can't get a hold of anyone and i told her that thy to take the hold off before the night is over and i will talk to the back about the overdrawn charges but she just hung up one me and told that she can't help me. so i am sitting here with overdrawn charges and just lost $105 for no reason all i did was to get $15 gas.. i want to know what did i do wrong..so please its a reminder to everyone that be careful when you go to Tom T's because you are going to get robbed by Tom T and there is nothing you can do about and going to lose money for no reason so PLEASE BE CAREFUL... THANKS AND JUST BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO TO TOM T's..i am sure other people have experienced this problem
