Sassy Nails Spa

TOOLS ARE DIRTY FUNGUS INFESTED DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! wish I could give this place a -1 stare THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS. I came in today after setting an appointment. I called and the women who answered was rude while asking me what I wanted. I brushed it off and came in anyway. I was asked to pick out of a tub of colors and I picked out some stencil patterns. Those, BTW are way easier then painting the nail itself. SO, As soon as my "nail Artist" saw what I picked I could tell she was immediately intimidated.. I kept a smile on my face trying to make small talk and she didn't answer back.... SO... she takes her shape chart out and asks me what shape I would like. I picked stiletto she then said its to long. I replied saying, I don't want it that long, I want that shape... she then had an attitude while applying the fake nails. after applying my right hand I noticed 2 nails where very crooked. I politely asked if she could re set those 2. All 3 of the co workers looked at me and they all started talking to one another making me feel super uncomfortable I asked f she could see how crooked they where and she blamed my natural nails for being crooked. I WAS SO SHOOK. I tore those fake nails off and said I'd go somewhere else. I have never been this dissatisfied in so long, humiliated. and over all, looked down on.. THE TOOLS SHE TOOK OUT TO WORK ON ME WHERE LABELED DIRT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Told the what i wanted and they didn't listen. My nails are separating from the acrylics they put on.
