Jason's New York Style Pizza

Dont go here.... First off they are expensive, $19.00 for an 18 inch pizza??? seconf growing up in nj, I have spent alot of time in NY, They do not cook pizza on coveyrour belts, lmao they do not use pre made pizza crust, and they do not open a can of sauce to put on pizza, My kids would not even eat this crap! We also ordered 2 steak sanwiches, Now I dont know what mutilated animal parts they use, but it was mostly strands of fat, I almost chocked on it, God aweful, This place is the worse food I had ever had the misfortune of eating!

My husband and I have tried pizza from nearly every establishment in the Bangor area and we're both really taken with Jason's New York Style Pizza. The Hammond Street location makes the place a little out of the way but I've been known to order from my office in Orono and drive to the restaurant to pick up. The establishment itself could use some sprucing up but the staff are friendly and eager to please, which makes up for the stoically classic, dark paneled walls and kitchy pizza-place decor. I recommend Jason's to anyone and wish they would open a branch on the Broadway side of town!
