The YMCA and YWCA of Greater Bangor, also known as Bangor Y, is a nonprofit organization. It offers a variety of activities, including basketball, soccer, martial arts and horse riding. The organization features a swimming pool, teen center, gymnasium and aerobics studio. The YMCA and YWCA of Greater Bangor also provides dance, fine arts and educational enrichment programs. It provides group cycling and personal training services. The organization also offers aqua aerobics, deep water and senior water programs.
